Join us for an unforgettable evening on the Santa Fe River with our Beaver Moon Paddle—a magical blend of savory flavors, moonlit waters, and the beauty of North Florida springs.
Your journey begins at Poe Springs Park, where you’ll check-in at the Low & Slow Almost-Bar & Grill to enjoy a delicious BBQ meal paired perfectly with one of our signature series mocktail lemonades. Once satisfied, you’ll be shuttled upriver to 27 Ramp and launch your vessel(s) to set off on a moon-lit Adventure downriver.
As the moonlight dances across the rippling water, you’ll paddle downriver ending at the quietest and calmest spring on the Santa Fe, Poe Spring. There, our team will greet you and help you beach your vessel(s). Finally take a lovely nighttime stroll up the boardwalk through the moonlit cypress forest back to the Low & Slow Almost-Bar & Grill.

Get ready to glow like a star on an unforgettable night! Our Glow Paddle combines a savory dinner, dazzling lights, and the serene beauty of a moonlit river for a one-of-a-kind Adventure.
Your evening begins at Poe Springs Low & Slow Almost-Bar & Grill, where you’ll check-in and enjoy a slow-smoked BBQ meal and a refreshing Signature Series Mocktail Lemonade. Once everyone’s fueled and glowing, you’ll board the shuttle to be transported to 27 Ramp and launch your vessel(s) to drift downriver, the moonlight and your own glowing kayak decorations lighting the way.
Finally, reaching Poe Spring itself which will be lit and glowing, awaiting your arrival. You will check back in with our staff who will help you beach your craft. Now it is time for your glow stroll up the glowing boardwalk and back to the Low & Slow Almost-Bar & Grill
