New Policy (Reservations made after July 14, 2023)

During your reservation process if you chose to be protected by Peek Protect for your reservation, then simply follow the link for cancelations in your confirmation email. Peek will issue you your protected amount, and cancel your Adventure for you. If you did not opt in to the insurance AOA can still assist you with a cancelation. We can offer you a code that acts as store credit or reschedule your Adventure for another time. Understand that this policy is only good up to 24 hours in Advance. Anything inside the 24 hour period prior to your scheduled Adventure unfortunately is locked into our calendar. If you are late for your pre-booked time slot we will do our best to move your trip to another time slot or a shorter trip. However, if you are not present prior to the last departure for the shortest available trip; your booking will be considered complete.

Current Policy (to be phased out for booking made after July 14, 2023)

Due to limited availability each day, we do not offer full refunds. If you have to cancel your experience, we offer 3 options. If you cancel 48 hours prior to your experience, you may select one of the 3 options below. Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will be subject to only options 1 and 2. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to delivery will not be accepted.

1. Rebook your experience with a free 1 time postponement. A personalized code will be issued that can be used to rebook online at your convenience. This works like an online gift card with no expiration date. You can use the value (your total amount spent) on any online service we provide.

2. Gift your fully paid-for experience to a friend. As simple as calling or emailing us and we will change the name, email, and phone number for you. Then send out an email to your friend telling them how kind you are to be gifting this Adventure to them.

3. 25% refund. Because a slot was held under your reservation, it could not be filled by someone else. We can, however, offer you a 25% refund if you must fully cancel your experience.
