Cancel or Reschedule — No Problem (24+ Hours Notice)
If your plans change, just let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled start time.
You can choose:
A full credit to use another day (explained in the CREDIT section), or
A free reschedule to a better time that works for you!
You also have the ability to purchase Adventure Protection during the booking process (explained in next section)
You can cancel, reschedule, or make changes by contacting us directly.

Want Peace of Mind? Add Adventure Protection!
Adventure Protection costs an additional 15% of your booking total
When booking, you can add Adventure Protection, our optional coverage that allows you to cancel for any reason at least 24 hours prior to your Adventure start time and receive a refund of your booking total. If you purchase Adventure Protection and it is after the 24 hour deadline, you still can cancel and receive a credit for your booking total.
If you purchased Adventure Protection and need to cancel, just give us a call and we will cancel your Adventure and issue the refund or credit.
Please note: Cancellations are handled through phone and email but phone is always preferred

Inside 24 Hours — All Bookings Are Final
Because we prepare equipment, staff, and launch logistics ahead of time, we cannot offer refunds or credits if you cancel within 24 hours of your adventure — including same-day bookings and no-shows.
But don’t worry — we offer Adventure Protection if you’d like extra flexibility

Running Late?
We’ll do our best to fit you in later, if space is available — or shorten your trip so that you still get on the water.
However, if we can’t accommodate you due to other scheduled groups, your reservation will be marked as completed and is non-refundable.

What If It Rains?
Welcome to Florida… It may rain, and the rain might end quickly. Trips will not be canceled due to rain. We do watch the weather though, and in the instance of dangerous lightning or hurricanes we would cancel.
If we cancel due to weather, you’ll receive a full refund or reschedule option.
If you cancel due to weather but we’re still operating safely, our standard policy applies.
