Space & Register

Specifics

Park will be open to vendors at 7am. Open for regular visitors at 8am. Park closes at 5pm.
Vendor booths will be located on the grassy field between parking lots one and two.
Vendor parking will be in a designated area as well.
Crafts, Arts, Extra Home Goods, Rarities, & Artifacts are welcome.

Food and Beverages Available All Day at the Low & Slow Almost Bar and Grill inside Poe Springs Park

Vendor Prohibited Items

To ensure a safe, lawful, and family-friendly event, the following items are strictly prohibited from being sold, displayed, distributed, or promoted:

Weapons & Hazardous Items

    •    Firearms of any kind (including antique or replica firearms)

    •    Ammunition

    •    Explosives or fireworks

    •    BB guns, airsoft guns, pellet guns

    •    Knives intended as weapons (switchblades, large tactical knives, etc.)

    •    Tasers or stun guns

    •    Pepper spray / mace

Alcohol, Tobacco & Controlled Substances

    •    Alcoholic beverages

    •    Cannabis products (THC/CBD consumables)

    •    Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia

    •    Tobacco products

    •    Vape products or e-cigarettes

Regulated or Unsafe Goods

    •    Prescription medications

    •    Over-the-counter medications

    •    Medical devices requiring prescription

    •    Hazardous chemicals

    •    Flammable fuels (gasoline, propane tanks, etc.)

    •    Recalled products

Consumables

   •    Food and Beverages of any kind

(If you have a food truck and would like approval, contact AOA directly)

(Food and Beverages will be sold at the Low & Slow Almost Bar and Grill Inside the Park)

Animals

    •    Live animals (unless part of an authorized exhibit or rescue adoption event with AOA approval)

Illegal, Offensive, or Adult Material

    •    Pornographic or sexually explicit materials

    •    Hate speech materials

    •    Counterfeit goods or pirated media

    •    Stolen property

    •    Items that promote violence or illegal activity

Restricted Equipment

    •    Motor vehicles

    •    ATVs, dirt bikes

    •    Large appliances requiring special handling

    •    Generators (without AOA approval)

Unauthorized Activity

    •    Soliciting for non-approved organizations or businesses

    •    Political campaigning

    •    Fundraising not pre-approved by event organizers

    •    Selling commercially manufactured goods in bulk (Vendor items should consist primarily of personal household items and handmade goods)

Additional Notes

    •    All vendors must comply with county park regulations.

    •    Event organizers reserve the right to remove prohibited items.

    •    Violations may result in booth removal without refund.
