Reservations must be made no later than 1 week prior to event date. Payment must be made in full at the time of the reservation.

Rental Hours are 9am - 5pm

Weekend day rate: $200

Weekday day rate: $100

Refundable damage/cleaning deposit: $100

Consultation includes a guided tour of the Lodge and park at Poe Springs. It also includes a sit-down discussion of what you hope to get out of your Expanded Adventure. Our Adventure Planner will go over what AOA can do, to make your Adventure as memorable as possible. For this consultation we charge $25. The $25 is non-refundable but goes towards the final price of your Expanded Adventure.

We will set up tables and chairs, along with any decorations you provide, and following your event we will do the cleaning for you which guarantees your cleaning deposit return as long as no damages were incurred.

Our customizable menu will be sure to impress. Slow smoked BBQ, side items, beverages, and dessert to follow. This can be served for lunch or dinner. For a brunch menu just ask.
