At the time designated on your reservation you will check in at the Poe Springs Concession Stand. Here you will be welcomed and issued your snorkel gear. Your guide will introduce themselves and lead you down to the spring. After that you will get in the water and given snorkel and safety instructions. After you have tested your gear you will get in your rented kayaks and head down river to visit some springs. Certain springs will give another opportunity for more snorkeling with your guide and other springs might just be a photo opportunity. Finally, you will end at Ginnie Springs and have your last snorkel while you wait for our shuttle services to arrive. Once you arrive back at Poe you will check in your gear at concessions and if you opted to get lunch with your reservation you will receive your BBQ at this time. During your lunch, your guide will be downloading and sending out the videos and pictures that were taken along the way.

All participants must be over 18 years old and have the ability to fill out their own waiver

All participants must have the ability to paddle their kayak and swim unassisted

All participants must listen to the Guide at all times and follow any instructions given to them by the guide.

The guide has the authority to end the experience at any point if they believe that it is unsafe to continue

Cancellation Policy:

During your reservation you have the opportunity to be covered by Peek Protect trip insurance. If you choose to be protected by Peek Protect then just follow the link, if you need to cancel within your 24 hour deadline. If you did not choose Peek Protect at the time of reserving and are still needing to cancel before your 24 hour deadline, give us a call and we would be happy to either give you a code that acts as store credit or reschedule for you.

Changes to your Adventure (example; number of attendees, trip corrections, boat corrections, lunch add-ons, etc.) can be made with price adjustments until 48 hours prior to your Adventure.

The only refunds offered will be for those that opted into Peek Protect and if the cancelation is made 24 hours prior to the scheduled Adventure. If a cancelation is needed, but Peek Protect wasn’t chosen the following option are yours to choose from for up to 24 hours in advance.

Rebook your experience with a free 1 time postponement. A personalized code will be issued that can be used to rebook online at your convenience. This works like an online gift card with no expiration date. You can use the value (your total amount spent) on any online service we provide.

Reschedule your Adventure. Just let us know what date in the future you would like and we will reschedule it for you.
